Job Summary

Conduct research and analysis to understand industry and organization-specific issues regarding business strategy, compensation trends, and career management best practices. Collect and examine data relevant to developing solutions across various workforce practices, while analyzing clients' strategic, financial, and organizational information to provide insights for senior project team members. Participate in team brainstorming sessions to develop client recommendations. This role requires a currently enrolled student with progress toward a bachelor's degree, expected graduation in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027, and strong analytical skills in Excel and PowerPoint. The position is a hybrid role with at least three days per week in the office, including an anchor day for full team collaboration. Required Qualifications

  • Progress toward a bachelor's degree
  • Status as a currently enrolled student
  • Expected graduation date in the Fall of 2026 or Spring 2027

  • Ability to successfully balance extra-curricular activities
  • Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
