Job Summary
Provide career counseling, develop and implement Individualized Plans for Employment (IPEs), seek and develop employment opportunities that align with consumer needs, deliver on-site job coaching, skills training, and work-adjustment support, maintain ongoing contact and follow-up with consumers, advocate for workplace rights and accommodations, develop training strategies, communicate with employers regarding performance and schedules, maintain accurate records, participate in CARF compliance activities, and build relationships with referral sources and community partners.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree preferred or 3+ years of related experience
