Job Summary
Career Coach for Adult & Dislocated Worker Programs in Southwest Michigan (Three Rivers). Drive participant engagement, co-create individualized employment and training plans, provide ongoing coaching and motivation, and coordinate wraparound supports. Build partnerships with employers, educators, and service providers; represent the program at community events and job fairs. Maintain compliant documentation and stay informed on labor market trends, equity, and trauma-informed practices to support meaningful employment outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. Equivalent experience considered.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching, case management, or adult education.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with WIOA programs, career pathways, and local labor market dynamics a plus.
