Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, participant-focused support to drive engagement, conversion, and successful employment outcomes by managing a diverse caseload across intensive, low-intensive, and Post Placement Support services. Through tailored one-on-one sessions, develop participants' communication, confidence, and employability skills while contributing to an integrated group model that incorporates recovery interventions. Build strong relationships and create clear pathways to employment, helping participants achieve sustainable outcomes and contributing to stronger placement results.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in career coaching, employment services, career counselling, human resources or a related field
- Strong communication, relationship-building and organisational skills, with the ability to manage a caseload effectively
- Experience working within a trauma-informed and/or recovery-oriented approach and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
- Current or willing to obtain a National Police Check (NPC)
- Certificate 4 in Mental health, or related field or willingness to work towards
