Job Summary
Conduct counseling, career assessment, and job coaching for individuals with psychiatric disabilities. Deliver educational support services to clients, family members, colleges, and providers using motivational interviewing, readiness assessment, IMR, WRAP, and CBT tools. Perform job development, matching, and retention activities under supervision while applying the Choose-Get-Keep-and Leave approach. This part-time role supports Saint Clare's Health's mission of quality, compassionate care across Morris, Warren, and Sussex counties, with a focus on improving educational and employment outcomes for our community.
