Required Qualifications
- Recognised ICF or EMCC accredited coaching qualification
- ACC accreditation or higher advantageous
- Demonstrated experience as a Career Coach supporting professionals across different career stages
- Strong experience delivering one-to-one coaching
- Experience facilitating group coaching and training workshops
- Ability to coach individuals through career transitions and career advancement
- Experience working remotely and supporting individuals across different regions/time zones
- Experience with psychometric assessment tools is advantageous
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, supervision, and coaching best practice
