Job Summary
Provide virtual care and support to adult members via 30-minute video consults and asynchronous messaging around professional development, parental leave, and return to work. Hold ICF Certification and reside in the United States. This is a part-time, independent contractor role (1099) requiring ~5 hours of care per week with 2+ years of telehealth experience, delivering care through Maven’s secure telehealth platform (video and private messaging) and collaborating with the Care Delivery team for referrals and follow-ups. Emphasizes culturally humble care, expansion of care delivery across a global member base, and opportunities to engage in community forums, virtual classes, and educational article review. Prioritize flexibility and patient-centered outcomes in women and family health.
Required Qualifications
- ICF Certification
- Must reside in the United States
- Provide direct member care for 5 hours per week (part-time, independent contractor role, 1099)
- 2+ years of prior experience in telehealth
- Ability to provide care via Maven’s telehealth platform (video and private messaging)
