Job Summary
Conduct job search coaching, job matching, and internship development for young people ages 18-24. Facilitate workshops on interviewing skills and resume writing, while managing case plans and documentation in ETO and HMIS. Coordinate job fairs, networking events, and transportation to activities, ensuring compliance with grant requirements. Serve as a liaison to external agencies and support the internship program through weekly mentor meetings. Maintain daily logs, update employment data, and assist with CalFresh eligibility. Provide crisis intervention and backup coverage for direct care roles as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years of employment development experience working with at risk young people

- Valid California Driver's license
- Good driving record
- Ability to drive residents to activities using CHC vans
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to bend, sit and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Some weekend/holiday work availability
- Full-Time 40 hours per week availability
- Applicants must be at least 25 years old
Desired Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelors degree in human services or related field
- Relevant life and/or work experience in lieu of diplomas
- CPR and PART 2000 training
