Job Summary
Maintains districtwide Career and Technical Education (CTE) data systems and documentation related to industry-based certifications, work-based learning experiences, state reporting requirements, and compliance records. Assists with data entry, record maintenance, reporting, and documentation processes necessary to support Career and Technical Education accountability measures, CCMR indicators, and state funding requirements. Model KISD core organizational beliefs and values; provide program support and service delivery; communicate effectively within and across teams; participate in cross-functional work groups. Maintain confidential records; develop and maintain systems for retrieval of information; prepare reports and data summaries; assist with verification and maintenance of course coding and state reporting requirements; support district accountability reporting; assist with data validation and documentation requests; follow district safety protocols and professional ethics. Attend department meetings, collaborate with campus personnel, and ensure interactions with students, district personnel, parents, business partners, and community members are supportive, courteous, and respectful. Pursue professional development aligned with district goals and initiatives and current professional research.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate Degree (preferred)
- Three (3) years of administrative, clerical, data management, or related experience
- Experience with student information systems, state reporting, or compliance documentation (preferred)
