Job Summary
Career and Technical Education Teacher (Technology) responsible for delivering instruction, managing the classroom, developing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and ensuring safe, productive learning environments in West Point High School. Requires thorough knowledge of subject content, curriculum, IDEA implementation, MTIP procedures, data collection and reporting, and effective communication with staff, students, and parents; must hold a Virginia teaching license with endorsement in the applicable teaching area.
Required Qualifications
- Teaching License from the Commonwealth of Virginia with an endorsement in the appropriate teaching area.
- Bachelor's degree with coursework in education, or related field and minimal experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
