Job Summary
Provide individualized and small group career advising and coaching to students and recent graduates, guiding them through job search strategies, resume development, and interview preparation. Support the design and delivery of programming covering the full job search arc, including industry exploration, networking, mock interviews, and salary negotiation. Assist with career education special projects such as career fairs, employer visits, and engagements with prospective and current students. Capture and leverage data to evaluate program effectiveness and iterate accordingly. This temporary role reports to an Associate Director in the Career Development department on the Boston Campus, with a pay rate of $30.00.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in career services, recruiting, workforce development, or higher education

- Strong organizational with careful attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to build authentic relationships across diverse cultures, backgrounds and identities, and genuine commitment to inclusive practice
- Proficiency with career management platforms (e.g., Handshake), labor market intelligence tools (e.g., Lightcast, LinkedIn Talent Insights), and AI-enabled career development tools
