Job Summary
Build professional one-on-one relationships with clients to eliminate barriers to employment through assessment, individualized attention, and comprehensive case management. Conduct new customer orientations, facilitate weekly workshops, and manage programmatic offerings to ensure high-quality curriculum and tangible outputs. Maintain organized client databases, document all contacts and activities, and create solutions for attendance problems while accurately completing enrollment and project reports. Collaborate with business services to identify available jobs and coordinate trainings, then provide operational support for compliance standards and intake services. Work with leadership to design process improvements and participate in capacity-building training.
