Job Summary
Build one-on-one working relationships with participants to eliminate barriers to employment and technical training. Counsel clients on job search strategies, career advisement, and goal planning while identifying external resources and services. Monitor and track participation to maximize program functions, then facilitate job readiness workshops and re-engagement efforts for those seeking employment. Analyze resumes and documentation for eligibility, accurately complete enrollment records, and document all activities in case notes. Maintain knowledge of occupations to determine appropriate services, assist in preparing project reports, and create communication plans to keep staff informed. Work under the direction of the Project Director to sustain daily operations, provide coverage as needed, and support team members.
