Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive career assessments and intake processes to determine occupational interests, aptitude, and training needs for job seekers. Guide clients through career exploration using workforce tools such as aptitude testing, resume writing, and mock interviews while providing labor market information and job search strategies. Recommend eligible workforce programs, financial aid, and scholarships, then refer participants to training opportunities and job opportunities. Prepare and submit Individual Training Account requests, maintain continuous case contact, and enter required data into management systems. Continuously evaluate customer needs to provide referrals for support services and ensure case files meet quality assurance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Proof of insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Associates or Undergraduate degree
- Previous related workforce experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
