Guide clients through career exploration using workforce tools like aptitude testing, resume writing, and mock interviews while providing labor market information and financial aid details. Assist participants in identifying employment opportunities, enrolling in grant-funded programs, and accessing training vendors or apprenticeships. Maintain continuous caseload contact, manage Individual Training Account requests, and enter case data into management systems. Ensure all case files meet local, state, and federal quality assurance requirements.
