Job Summary
Care4Kids Client Services Representative provides inbound calls helping CT families find childcare assistance, guides eligibility for Care4Kids subsidies, assists childcare providers with eligibility and invoicing questions, and supports employers in enabling staff to receive subsidies. Hybrid schedule after training (4 remote days, 1 in-office day); full-time position with a 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. core schedule and occasional Thursday hours; training provided; bilingual proficiency preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED plus relevant experience
- Bilingual preferred
