Care Worker

Care Worker needed across Caboolture with Wesley Mission Queensland. The role involves one-on-one in-home and community care to help clients live independently, safely, and confidently. Key duties include assisting with personal care (hygiene, showering, mobility, meals), domestic tasks (house cleaning, laundry, ironing, meal prep), social and community support, transport to appointments or shopping, following care plans, and reporting changes in wellbeing to the Coordinator/Case Manager. Requires flexible hours, strong communication and teamwork, empathy for clients and families, and Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent); must hold a valid Australian driver’s licence with insured vehicle; vaccination as required and probity checks. This is a Part-Time casual opportunity in the North Queensland community aged care network with not-for-profit alignment.
