Job Summary
Care Worker needed to assist clients with personal care (hygiene, showering, mobility) and meals; support domestic tasks (house cleaning, laundry, ironing, meal prep); provide social/community support and transport to appointments or shopping; follow care plans and report changes in wellbeing to the Coordinator/Case Manager; contribute ideas to improve services and teamwork in a not-for-profit community aged care setting.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination as required
- Relevant probity checks as per legislation and WMQ policy
