Job Summary
Casual Community Care Worker role providing in-home and community-based support for clients in Beaudesert and surrounding suburbs. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care (hygiene, mobility, meals), domestic tasks (house cleaning, laundry, ironing, meal prep), transport to appointments or shopping, social and community support, and following care plans with reporting of wellbeing changes. Requires Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent), a valid driver’s licence with insured vehicle, COVID-19 vaccination as required, and probity checks. Emphasizes flexible casual hours, compassion, teamwork, and commitment to empowering clients to live independently and safely.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
