Job Summary
Support vulnerable adults within their homes and community by providing personal care, managing medication, and completing housework. Assist with day-to-day tasks and offer companionship while maintaining the highest level of care and support. Work independently and as part of a wider team using your own initiative, communicating effectively and listening actively. Requires a current PVG or willingness to join the scheme, SSSC membership, and a valid driving license. Experience in care is preferred, with N/SVQ2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care needed.
Required Qualifications
- Have a current PVG or be willing to join the scheme.
- Have SSSC (Scottish Social Services Council) membership or be willing to join the scheme.
- Have a car and driving license or driver.
- You will need to hold N/SVQ2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards it.
Desired Qualifications
- Due to the nature of the role, experience in care is preferred.
