Job Summary
Monitor vital signs, assist nursing personnel, and help patients with basic daily needs while maintaining professional behavior and effective communication. Execute detailed written or verbal instructions independently to support post-surgical and telemetry patients. This full-time night shift role requires a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Patient Care Tech, Medical Assistant, Paramedic, EMT, or nursing student with Fundamentals of Nursing completion. A drug-free facility environment is mandatory, and applicants must pass pre-employment drug screening.
Required Qualifications
- Passing a pre-employment drug screening
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Patient Care Tech, Medical Assistant, Paramedic, EMT, or currently enrolled in a nursing program
- Completion of Fundamentals of Nursing (if enrolled in a nursing program)
- Documentation of nursing program enrollment or certification
- Dependable, hardworking, and a team player with a good attitude and professional behavior
- Ability to effectively communicate and carry out detailed written or verbal instructions independently
