Job Summary
Lead a team of caregivers delivering in-home personal care; coordinate and schedule services, manage plans of care and required documentation, oversee service authorizations and contract specifics, monitor billing, payroll, and utilization to ensure accurate service delivery, and support branch growth and operational planning. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to caregivers to promote performance and engagement; ensure trainings, certifications, and health assessments are up-to-date; conduct caregiver orientations; collaborate with payroll/timekeeping; maintain professional communication with clients, case managers, and leadership; represent the organization in the community; perform additional duties to support team success. Requires leadership experience in a fast-paced healthcare/office environment, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to travel locally as needed. High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred; bilingual ability may be required based on location.
