Job Summary
Maintain accurate client service records, plans of care, caregiver schedules, and required documentation while reviewing and managing service authorizations and contract-specific requirements. Ensure ongoing compliance with licensure, payer, contract, and regulatory standards by monitoring daily service delivery, confirming authorization alignment with scheduled services, and reviewing utilization reports. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to caregivers, conduct orientations, and collaborate with payroll and timekeeping teams. Communicate professionally with caregivers, clients, case managers, and leadership to represent Elara Caring positively within the community. Perform additional duties and projects as assigned to support team and organizational success.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Sixty (60) college credit hours
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience
- Reliable personal transportation
- Ability to travel locally and occasionally to support audits or operational needs
- EVerify participation (post-offer)
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Experience working with elderly or disabled populations
- Five (5) years of experience in a fast-paced office or healthcare environment
- Working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and home care operations
- Strong computer proficiency and documentation skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Bilingual fluency (Spanish, Mandarin/Cantonese, Russian, or Portuguese)
