Care Team - Student Support Aide provides instructional assistance to special education students in an iLEAD California setting, following IEP recommendations, assisting with classroom navigation, daily living activities, and supporting social-emotional learning. The role involves monitoring learner progress, administering routine assessments and first aid, assisting with instructional materials and assistive tools, collaborating with general education facilitators to plan lessons, supporting students during learning activities, maintaining clean and stimulating classrooms, supervising safe learning activities, attending parent conferences and IEP meetings, and pursuing ongoing professional development. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong public speaking abilities, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
