Job Summary

Care Team Scheduling Coordinator coordinates client care with caregivers, accepts new client offers, maintains service plans, and communicates with clients, caregivers, and funders. Required Qualifications

  • Post-Secondary School Education: a certificate/diploma in healthcare education is preferred
  • Minimum of three years related work experience in a health care organization/agency (preferably in the community) or in an administrative position that required extensive scheduling
  • Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills—the ability to interact professionally with callers
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multitask and change priorities and direction
  • Knowledge of the GTA and TTC routes or relevant contracted areas and surrounding Geographical Areas
  • Knowledge of scheduling software system would be an asset
  • Fluency in additional languages an asset
  • Satisfactory completion of the technical skills testing is required
