Job Summary
Care Team Registered Nurse provides clinical triage, assessment, and guidance to patients via phone, patient portal, and in-person encounters; delivers patient education regarding conditions, procedures, and recovery plans; coordinates care with providers, APPs, interdisciplinary teams, and external facilities; conducts postoperative follow-up calls including symptom monitoring, wound and pain assessments; maintains accurate EHR documentation; supports immunization and preventive care initiatives; complies with regulatory requirements (HIPAA, OSHA, DEA); assists in opioid prescribing policy compliance; requires MN RN license and BLS CPR; role is full-time and hybrid in Robbinsdale, MN.
Required Qualifications
- Current Unencumbered MN registered nurse license
- Current BLS CPR certification
- Experience with telephone triage preferred
- Knowledge of spine and neurological conditions preferred
