Job Summary
Deliver person-centered daily living support, hygiene, mobility, meal service and engagement for residents; support activities of daily living and personal care in collaboration with nursing and hotel services teams; assist with meals and basic medication administration where credentialed; contribute to care plans and monitor wellbeing with a focus on dignity, independence and respect.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate III in Individual Support Ageing or equivalent
- Medication assistance competency (e.g., HLTHS006) or willingness to obtain through inhouse training
- Experience working in aged care or a similar care environment
- Ability to support personal care, resident engagement, independence and everyday household tasks
- Strong communication, observation and documentation skills
- A satisfactory National Police Clearance or National Criminal History Record Check that is less than 12 months old
- Flu vaccinations in line with relevant Australian Government directions and ACH Group policies
