Job Summary
Ensure compliance with all company policies and state regulatory requirements while overseeing daily operations of the assigned group home, including financial, operational, and quality goals. Recruit, train, coach, and supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), maintaining staffing schedules and supporting employee development. Maintain facility safety and cleanliness by coordinating repairs and partnering with contractors, while collaborating with clinical leadership to support the health and well-being of individuals served. Promote person-centered care, encourage independence, and maintain communication with guardians, medical providers, and regulatory agencies. Attend individual meetings and community activities as needed, monitoring documentation and program compliance. Lead a team committed to empowering individuals to live meaningful, independent lives.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass all required background checks
- Ability to maintain required certifications, trainings, and TB screenings
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree or college coursework in Business, Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- 2–3 years of leadership experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services
- 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience
