Job Summary

Supervise, train, and coach care team members to ensure quality delivery of resident care while verifying that individualized service plans and records are followed. Collaborate with the Health and Wellness Director and Executive Director to schedule adequate staffing levels, conduct performance reviews, and manage recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Maintain frequent communication with residents' families and ensure the team adheres to daily, weekly, and monthly task sheets. Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, with eligibility for an annual bonus and education assistance up to $5,000 per year.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Desired Qualifications

  • Associate's degree preferred
