Job Summary
Supervise, train, and coach care team members to ensure quality delivery of resident care and adherence to individualized service plans. Collaborate with the Health and Wellness Director and Executive Director to schedule staff, conduct performance reviews, and manage recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Maintain frequent communication with residents' families and ensure the team executes daily, weekly, and monthly task sheets. Requires an Associate's degree preferred, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays. Salary range is $50,000-$55,000 with benefits including tuition reimbursement up to $5,000 annually.
