Job Summary
Promote the organization's vision by modeling values and implementing strategies aligned with business goals and industry trends. Develop and execute strategic plans for your area of responsibility to achieve exceptional results. Lead a diverse clinical and non-clinical staff, including nurses and home health aides, by assessing performance, coaching, and conducting formal evaluations. Oversee staff decisions regarding patient care while developing best practices to enhance the client experience. Seek feedback from internal and external customers to improve service and manage service recovery efforts. Develop and execute audit processes to ensure regulatory and accreditation requirements are met. Analyze financial metrics to guide business decisions and meet organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university
- Valid Florida State Driver's License (conditional on driving to another facility)
- Valid CPR certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- Current certifications as applicable to their professional discipline
Desired Qualifications
- Masters degree
- Two years Hospice experience
- At least two years of supervisory management experience
- Seven to ten total years' experience as an RN
