Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the residential home, ensuring compliance with company policies, state regulations, and quality goals. Recruit, train, coach, and supervise Direct Support Professionals while maintaining staffing schedules and supporting employee development. Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors to keep the facility safe, clean, and well-maintained. Collaborate with clinical leadership, guardians, medical providers, and regulatory agencies to support the health, safety, and well-being of individuals served. Monitor documentation, medication administration, and program compliance while fostering a person-centered environment that encourages independence and community involvement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass all required background checks
- Ability to maintain required certifications, trainings, and TB screenings
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree or college coursework in Business, Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- 2–3 years of leadership experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services
- 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience
