Job Summary
Care Team Manager at Beacon Specialized Living leads a residential home serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, overseeing daily operations, staffing, compliance with policies and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with clinical leadership to ensure health, safety, and person-centered care. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, coaching, and supervising Direct Support Professionals; maintaining staffing schedules; coordinating maintenance; ensuring safe, clean, and compliant facilities; and communicating with guardians, medical providers, regulatory agencies, and interdisciplinary teams. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED (with preferred associate-level coursework), 2–3 years of leadership experience in healthcare/human services (preferred), 1–2 years of supervisory experience (preferred), and a valid driver’s license with the ability to pass background checks and maintain certifications and TB screenings.
Required Qualifications

- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass all required background checks and work within Beacon Specialized Living programs.
- Ability to maintain required certifications, trainings, and TB screenings (where applicable).
