Job Summary
Care Team Manager responsible for overseeing care operations across assigned home(s), supervising Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies, maintaining facilities, and coordinating contracted services. Collaborates with the clinical team to implement person-centered plans, monitors health, safety, and independence of Individuals, and maintains regular communication with internal/external clinical, medical, and regulatory agencies. Ensures DSPs attend scheduled activities and supports continuous program improvements to enhance Residents’ social, emotional, mental, and physical well-being within BSLS programs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Approved by state, federal and government entities to work within BSLS programs
- TB screenings (for select markets)
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of college coursework in business, social science, or related human service discipline strongly preferred
- 2-3 years’ previous leadership experience in healthcare or behavioral healthcare related field preferred
- 1-2 years’ previous management or supervisory experience preferred
- Approved by state, federal and government entities to work within BSLS programs
- Required to maintain industry required trainings and TB screenings (for select markets)
