Job Summary
Monitor the health, care, and social needs of residents at Bradbury House Care Home, overseeing the preparation, implementation, and review of personal care plans and medication administration. Supervise, coach, and develop other team members while ensuring resident needs and wishes remain central to daily care. Take the lead during emergencies or when staff or residents require immediate assistance. Work nights (8pm–8am) across a rotating schedule, including weekends, with a requirement for UK work eligibility, an Enhanced DBS check, and relevant Level 3 Health and Social Care qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Two satisfactory employment references
- Enhanced DBS check
- Experience as a Carer
- Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Good organisation and staff management skills
- Competence in writing and updating Care Plans
- Competence in the administration of Medication
Desired Qualifications
- Commitment to working towards a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care
