Job Summary
The Care Team Leader role at Home Instead requires supporting care consultations, conducting staff supervisions, and maintaining client care plans. The candidate must have a passion for high-quality care, at least 12 months of experience in a related role managing teams, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include mentoring Care Professionals, liaising with the Client Experience team, and participating in on-call duties as needed. A full UK driving license is essential, and proficiency in care management technology is required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a Health and Social Care environment managing a team
- Passion for delivering high-quality care
- Good communication skills with ability to build rapport
- Confident in using care management technology and training staff
- Understanding of confidentiality and current legislation
- Good knowledge of IT systems, Microsoft Office, and virtual communication platforms
- Full UK driving licence and transport
