Job Summary
Care Team Leader role on day shifts (8am-8pm, 36.75 hours/week) at Abbeyfield House in New Malden. You will act as the Senior Carer on a shift, monitor residents' health, care, and social needs, prepare and review personal care plans, administer medication, supervise and develop other team members, liaise with residents, families, and care staff, and lead on emergencies. Requires experience as a Carer and Kapability to demonstrate organisational and staff-management skills, plus ability to write/update Care Plans and administer medication. Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification (or equivalent) preferred or in progress; commitment to delivering exceptional resident care. DBS clearance is required. Salary £15.11-£15.57 per hour, with overtime/pay progression and a range of benefits; location is New Malden, England (UK).
