Required Qualifications
- Certificate IV in Aged Care (Desirable)
- HR or similar degree
- Minimum of 2 years relevant industry experience.
- Current driver’s licence and safe driving record.

- Knowledge of CHSP services.
- Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Performance coaching experience.
