Provide professional leadership, coaching, and development to a team of dedicated support workers. Manage medication for the household, ensure accurate records are kept, and maintain up-to-date customer care plans. Plan time and team schedules while remaining supportive of individual needs, particularly for clients with varied interests and dementia care requirements. This role involves a full-time day and weekend rotation of 39 hours at £15.45 per hour in a residential setting.
