Care Team - Instructional Support, iLEAD Flex, Lancaster

Care Team member providing instructional support within iLEAD Flex program, assisting instructional personnel with learning materials and lessons, tutoring individuals and small groups, supervising and guiding students in safe, productive activities, reinforcing social-emotional learning, preparing instructional materials and operating media and equipment, assisting with assessments and basic first aid, and supporting transportation and coordination as needed. Strong emphasis on collaboration, communication, student engagement, and fostering a positive classroom culture; requires high school diploma or equivalent and excellent interpersonal and public-speaking skills.
