Care Team- Instructional Support, High School, Flex Exploration

Care Team member in a High School instructional-support role: assist instructional personnel with presenting learning materials and lessons, tutor individuals and small groups, monitor and assist students in activities, supervise safe learning environments, reinforce social-emotional curriculum, prepare instructional materials, operate instructional media and equipment, support assessments, administer routine first aid, maintain engaging learning spaces, participate in parent conferences, and assist with student transportation between worksites. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent, strong communication and public-speaking skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-based setting across iLEAD locations in Castaic, CA. Ability to travel between worksites and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
