Care Team Engineer

Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces, including mattress flipping, vacuuming, spot cleaning, dusting, and minor repairs like tightening fixtures or patching walls. Perform general cleaning of guestroom surfaces, tubs, and floors, and replace light fixtures or repair grout and caulking as required. Report serious maintenance problems, unusual findings, or safety hazards immediately to the manager. Maintain all company safety policies, complete required training, and ensure professional appearance while adhering to quality standards.
