Job Summary
Lead and support care teams across sites to provide person-centred care for people with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviours. Manage day-to-day running of the service, oversee staff, allocate duties and medications, support service users to access the community and activities, and provide guidance and encouragement. 42 hours/week (12-hour shifts) with alternate weekends on a two-week rolling rota; based at Oxley Woodhouse in Huddersfield. Salary: £15.39/hour (£33,870/year) rising to £15.64/hour after 18 months. Enhanced learning opportunities, DBS check required, and a supportive benefits package.

- An experienced Support Worker or Acting Team Leader ready to step up to a new challenge
