Job Summary
Charlie Health seeks a Care Strategy Manager to lead the launch of clinical offerings and improve admissions processes. Requires 4+ years in relevant fields and a Bachelor's degree. Remote work is not offered; candidates must be near NYC.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, top-tier consulting, growth or public market investing, or strategy/ops at a fast-growth startup
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or similar analytical subject area
- Experience diagnosing operational bottlenecks, designing scalable solutions, and driving implementation effectively across teams
- Strong analytical acumen – expert-level Excel skills and proficiency in SQL or similar tools
- Ability to run multiple high-impact workstreams independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Exceptional written communication—succinct, structured, and useful
- Strong bias for action, with a track record of pushing initiatives across the finish line
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in marketplace, digital health, fintech, tech-enabled services
- Familiarity with data tools like Tableau and Snowflake
- Prior experience at a high-growth startup requiring end-to-end ownership of strategic projects
Additional Requirements
- Located within a 45-minute commute of New York City and able to work 4 days a week out of our New York City office
