Job Summary
Care Specialist I in Harrisburg, PA hybrid: manage a high-volume inbound/outbound service-center, handling HR inquiries (time-off, payroll, timekeeping) and patient/caregiver care requests; input sensitive data into CRMs; conduct status reviews and follow-ups with patients, caregivers, and health plans; de-escalate issues and provide timely, empathetic resolutions; maintain schedules, meet service level agreements, and generate reports; collaborate across teams to ensure program delivery; travel to the Pittsburgh office three times per week as part of a hybrid arrangement; requires strong communication, active listening, and proficiency with CRM systems and healthcare workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Customer Service environment
- At least 1 year of experience in high-volume inbound call center or contact center environment
- Experience with CRMs or Workforce Technology – Salesforce, Medflyt, and Verint
- Bilingual in Spanish, or other languages, desired
