Job Summary
Provide person-centered assistance to clients in developing life skills and personal goals. Coordinate client care with a multidisciplinary team to maintain clinical records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and external correspondence. Teach clients activities of daily living in group and individual settings while connecting them to appropriate community support systems and family service providers. Deliver telephone and on-site crisis intervention and prevention services to clients and their families, followed by necessary check-ins. Requires an Associate's degree and two years of experience working with youth and families in behavioral health or child welfare settings. Full-time position with a pay range of $15.75--$22.00. Required Qualifications

- Two years of experience or two years of college coursework in related field
