Job Summary
Maintain resident information, files, and reports while supervising medication administration and enforcing safety protocols. Coordinate third-party care providers, manage the Assisted Living budget, and forecast staffing levels to support departmental planning. Hire and train care team associates, conduct planning sessions, and improve resident and family satisfaction. Requires three to five years of supervisory experience with a BS degree and Maryland Care Services Director experience preferred. CPR, First Aid, and Universal Precautions certifications are mandatory. Competitive salary of $85,000-$95,000 includes healthcare benefits, 401k matching, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Three to five years of supervisory experience
- BS degree in human services, psychology, nursing, or related fields
- Experience in working with seniors
- CPR Certified
- First Aid Certified
- Universal Precautions trained
- successfully passing a drug screen
- TB Test
- Background Check
Desired Qualifications
- Care Services Director experience / Director of Nursing experience in the state of Maryland highly preferred
