Care Service Employee at The Salvation Army Aged Care Centre in Merewether, NSW. Deliver personal care and assistance to residents per care plans, assist with medication, wound dressings, continence programs, and routine checks (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, blood sugar). Maintain residents' privacy and dignity, document accurately, and contribute to development of resident care plans.
