Care Scheduler The Residence at Basking Ridge

Care Scheduler responsible for staff scheduling across departments, proactively reviewing potential gaps within the department schedules and anticipating changes in staffing patterns and needs based on acuity and occupancy; accountable for staffing to the budgeted hours of each department; replacing staff from call outs, vacations, holidays, etc.; collaborating with department heads to ensure staffing needs are met; requires knowledge of basic computer systems (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel; SharePoint desired); must communicate effectively in English and have at least a high school diploma or GED with one year of scheduling experience in a large healthcare environment; physical ability to perform duties.
