Job Summary
Care Providers (Direct Support Specialists) work in families' homes providing caregiving and skill-teaching services for children with autism (Habilitation, Respite, Attendant Care). Responsibilities include helping with daily living skills, communication, play and positive behavior, with training and ongoing support provided by AZA United. Flexible scheduling (10-15 hours/week or more), possible part-time assignments across multiple clients, virtual onboarding, and opportunities for professional development. Role requires 18+ years old, caregiving experience (3+ months), CPR/First Aid certifications, fingerprint clearance, and transportation to client homes; English proficiency is required. Required Qualifications
